Janu Basti:

Nabhi Basti (navel Basti), is applied to the umbilical region home to the Enteric Nervous System (the largest nerve plexus in the body) and your SACRAL (Svadhisthana) or Nabhi Chakra. Nabhi the umbilicus is considered as Marma (VITAL AREA) in Ayurveda.
