This is a 3-month journey that you and your partner take to make sure your bodies are stronger and in more optimal health for conception
Includes:
• initial consultations
• a cleanse
• 2 diet and lifestyle plans (per person)-there is an initial D&L plan and then an updated one after the first month
• all follow-ups (normally 1 follow-up a month): 3 follow-up appointments
**there will be no refunds or discounts for missed follow-ups; you must reschedule at a convenient time or skip
